We are a member-based professional association that safeguards publishers’ rights under sec-tion 69(a) and section 52(c) of the Danish Copyright Act.
It means that information society service providers wishing to use press publications online may ask the association for permission to do so.
The same goes for providers of online content sharing services that give the public access to upload content.
